About Allison
After earning a BA in Art History in 2008, I abandoned my native Florida for New York City. I completed my 700-hour Classical Pilates certification while working with clients at the Guerlain Spa inside the Waldorf-Astoria. I have certifications through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine, the MELT Method, the Slow Burn Method, and the American Heart Association.
I have consulted on many fitness and wellness devices such as Tye4, Push-Up Pal, and Head Floater. As for the art, it’s still a great hobby!
In 2014, I began shifting my focus to rehabilitative strength training. I spent a summer volunteering at Hunterdon Medical Center and Sutton Place Physical Therapy. Through this experience, it became clear to me how important it is to rebuild better neuromuscular pathways. Improving these pathways is preeminent to accelerate healing, eliminate pain, and maintain a healthier body architecture. Using a combination of Med-X equipment, Pilates, and the MELT Method, I have created my own neuromuscular strength training program. This efficient and effective program takes only 20 minutes a week, with clients seeing results in four to six weeks. The best part of my program is how effortlessly it will become part of your routine.
I now hold an MBA and Masters in Business Analytics and Big Data. Along with my work that I do with clients 1:1, I also offer healthcare analytics to business and individuals.
